I am shocked and disgusted at the lack of Customer Service by this so called Company. As I had a guest arriving last Tuesday, I ordered the bed with next day delivery on Monday 26th Oct. I paid for the order without the opportunity to click anywhere to request that my old mattress was taken away by them. I phoned to discuss this and waited 25 mins to be answered. There is NO call back facility or information to let you know where you are in the queue!! When I was eventually answered, I asked about the possibility of removing my old mattress, only to be told they can take it if it is less than 12 months old and still under warranty???
I realised that they had a very old phone number for an old address I used to have and corrected them ensuring they had my current phone number and new address. I was promised a phone call back that day by a Manager to discuss the old mattress further but this never happened. I was out of the country from Tues morning to Saturday and didn't receive any contact from this company. I contacted the delivery people this morning to ask about my mattress and they explained they tried to contact me on the OLD phone number for my previous address!!!! I still don't have the mattress over a week later!! Dreadful!!!!
