“Odina Kitchen - Brilliant ”

I had an Odina Kitchen installed earlier this year and it is brilliant! I ordered from Homebase at Branksome in Poole and from design through to installation I received excellent service. There were one or 2 hiccups along the way (life isn't perfect after all) but these were dealt with swiftly and professionally. The guy who carried out the installation was so professional and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Neff discontinued an item 1 week prior to installation but still ensured I had a fully functioning kitchen on time and compensated me for my trouble. Homebase ensured everything ran smoothly and kept me informed of progress along the way. I'm sorry not everyone's experience was the same as mine but well done, you have a very happy customer here.
