“Complete shower”

By far the most useless company I've ever dealt with in my 37 years on this planet, they hit levels of incompetence I didn't think was possible. This is just based on their service, will wait and see regarding the suite.

This is my sorry tale - I ordered my bathroom suite on 24th August for Saturday 3rd October. 3rd October arrives and no suite arrives so I have to rearrange my plumber and rant at VP.

The order is now arranged for the Tuesday so I take a day off work and only half the suite arrives. Another delivery is arranged the following day so another day off work. I get the missing items but the shower tray is damaged, the packaging wasn't sufficient according to their courier.

Now I have my suite but the tray needs replacing, I ask for a replacement, it comes on Saturday, it's the wrong shower tray! They apparently labeled it incorrectly with my shower trays barcode when I send them the pictures.

I now need the tray desperately by Monday for my rearranged plumber, the best they can do is Wednesday. This is now a VIP delivery that needs a quality check on Tuesday to ensure it's the correct tray that the barcode says it is.

I now have no faith in VP and check, check and check again this VIP quality checked order is definitely coming on Wednesday, all is fine they say. Wednesday comes along and guess what?!? .....Yep the order wasn't being sent and the best they could do is Friday. After an angry and justified rant the tray was eventually shipped the same day.

It was the same incorrect tray, eventually someone at VP realised they'd just updated that tray with a large waste and forgot to mention it even though I sent them pictures, not a good asset system at VP, should have been obvious when I sent the picture to them.

My impression is that there seems to be a serious failure in their warehouse in dealing with their courier.

I can not warn you enough, avoid for your own sanity! I will never used them again and that makes me very happy.

If you must use them then book at least a month in advance so you can arrange weekly redeliveries prior to the fitting date, carefully check every item is present.

The suite appears fine and I was discounted the shower tray but service shouldn't be this stressful.
