“Fantastic experience ”

We recently bought a car from Concept and we're very impressed with the whole experience. Firstly, we would like to say how well we were looked after, nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very relaxed throughout the process, there was no hard sell and she had our interest st heart. We also had great dealings with one of the managers who called at our house with the paperwork to save us another visit to the showroom, nothing was to much trouble. We are really happy with our car and wouldn't hesitate in buying from here again. Thank you to all at Concept who helped get us on the road in a lovely new car.
