“Absolutely appalling company ”

Hi everybody has mentioned, no COSTUME which I ordered Thursday and paid for 24hr delivery an additional £11.99. I received an email saying it was dispatched yesterday which means it should turn up today "DON'T THINK SO". Paying for next day delivery I should really have had it yesterday or am I getting something wrong!!
Have tried to contact them via phone and email but no luck. Hope you all get your money back as that is my intention and am not going to give up until they realize they can't get away with this sort of thing. Good Luck everyone.
