Habitat management really need to sort this company out. We place an order in September for a number of items. These have been arriving randomly with no email or text confirmation of deliveries. Communication is appalling. We have now received two of an item we only ordered one of, and we are missing a cushion which the system says we have had. There is only one phone number which is not included in our call plan so it costs us a lot of money to phone each tim, and I have sent two emails which have not been answered. Staff at the call centre tell me something different each time. PLEASE Habitat sort out your systems, communication and despatch. I also found similar items cheaper elsewhere once we had ordered, which is really galling. I really hope when we finally receive all the pieces to furnish this room that we are pleased with them but I would not buy from Habitat again.
