“VERY BAD SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

Beware when purchasing travel insurance from Staysure!! I was talked into taking out a comprehensive policy by one of their operators who reassured me that it covered everything however when you need to make a claim you have to deal with a different company called Reactive Claims who I found to be so unprofessional and unresponsive that I had to keep asking Staysure to contact this company in order to get an update from them!! As well as making you jump through hoops by filling out various forms and demanding all receipts and travel documents they only accept them online via email attachment in pdf format only with a correct description on each file name. My claim was for a laptop which was damaged in a cabin bag whilst flying from the UK to Spain. After waiting almost 2 months (which would have definitely dragged on longer if I hadn't have chased it up) and despite sending every bit of proof and detail they demanded my claim was rejected due to the fact the laptop was not in my personal possession when the damage was caused so if you are told by a Staysure representative their comprehensive policy covers everything DON'T believe them!!
If you check some of the facebook groups like Expats in Spain and Expats Warning & Information Group you will see others who have had bad service with this company also!!
