“Price and service second to none”

We knew exactly what we wanted to buy, and weren't able to match the price we got on Drive The Deal anywhere else. The saving we were able to obtain even meant that we were able to buy a model with a higher spec that we'd thought we would be able to afford and now we're the very happy owners of a new VW with lots of bells and whistles. The hard bit was working out what features were important to us and which extras we thought we worth paying for, but once we'd worked this out, the process was extremely straightforward and efficient. Once we'd entered what we wanted on the website and confirmed the details with Drive The Deal, we were put in touch with the dealership and from this point on, the process was exactly as if we'd gone into the showroom ourselves and we felt like we were treated with the same care and courtesy as any other buyer. There certainly was no suggestion that we were 'online customers'. The car was delivered to our door a number of weeks ahead of schedule and all the features explained to us. A few questions I've had since delivery of the car have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the dealership. All in all, we're extremely satisfied with the service we've received and have already recommended the website to a number of people. My only tip would be to make sure you do your research before you start so you can make the most of the offers available!
