“Superb customer service ”

Having researched online for many days/weeks/hours prior to our trip, we finally decided on Drivalia mainly due to the fact that they were so open & transparent on their website. We opted for the ultimate package as we wanted a hassle free experience with all avenues covered.

Also we were able to pay in cash when we arrived therefore negating the need to give our credit card details. How pleased we were to have taken this insurance out was evidenced after only 3 days, when we were hit by a Spanish driver.

I called Drivalia immediately & confirmed that the car was still driveable but needed it changing as the rear lights were damaged. They asked me to return the car to Alicante, which we did within the hour & when we arrived there was another vehicle ready to be picked up.

I completed an accident report & within 5 minutes we were back on the road to enjoy the rest of our break.

We hired the car for 18 days in October 2015 which cost us 353.79€,which with the exchange rate I got in July of £1.405 made it £13.99 per day. Well worth it given the grief we may have experienced if we only had the basic insurance. It is all about peace of mind in a foreign country.

We cannot thank the staff enough for the kind & hassle free experience & would not hesitate to use them again.
