“The worst hotel I had ever”

The hotel was terrible, I had to change my room, because the toilet and a shower didn't work. They don't clean properly....sometimes they didn't change the towels, in the bathroom the shower curtain was moldy. In my new room the problem was the same, when I made a complaint the night porter was rude and he raised his voice. It was incredible. When I mentioned to him his attitude he told me " you don't know how is it when I'm really rude"..... The restaurant was dirty, I had to clean my table before breakfast....they set up the tables without cleaning.....unfortunately the food was terrible as well and the floor was dirty as well, they don't have any teaspoon they have a little stick instead of it, food choice was poor and poor quality. It was the worst hotel I had ever. Even it's a 4 star hotel, how can they afford it them???? I wouldn't recommend to anyone this hotel, it's a shame!!!!!!!! Moreover every travel agency should take it off from their offer!!!!!!!
One young lady was helpful at reception.
