“Dishonest and deceitful”

Horrible service, aggressive and confrontational staff. Forcing customers to PAY excess security deposit, not just block it. If you don't want to comply and cancel, they say you cannot, as you have already pre-paid. As a tourist you have no option but to comply.

MAKE SURE IF YOU DO THIS TO FULLY TAKE PHOTOS OF THE CARS BEFORE COLLECTION, AS THEY WILL SURELY TRY TO FIND FAULT UPON RETURNING THE CAR, AND KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Also, they advertise receive-full-tank-return-full-tank policy, but charge you outrageous admin fee if you return full.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
