“After being a customer for over ten years still very...”

I have been a Ffordes customer for over ten years and during that time I have spent far too much money. I have lost track of the number of items I have bought, but, believe me, it is quite a few. During that time, I have had only three problems which were fully dealt with to my satisfaction (one repair and one refund took a little longer than I would have liked, but that is my only criticism). There isn't any quibble if you have a fault with an item and to be fair they can't test everything. I'm talking secondhand gear here of course.

It's great to see them selling film and their prices are generally the best. I spend about £50 per month or two on film. It would be great to see them expand and stock other films as well. I hope they will add chemistry at some point.

I find the grading of equipment is accurate but wish the item photos, especially of secondhand kit, was larger (that's a hint lads).


I find their service fast, friendly and knowledgeable and would, without any doubt and hesitation, recommend them to everyone.
