“WILL NEVER USE AGAIN”

Ordered a bed & bedding at a cost of £200. First it said i can't redeem my voucher as listing was still active. The day after the listing ended i got a message saying i had missed my slot. Aaaaarrrgggh. Customer service? What a joke. It took them a week to respond to my complaint, another week to offer a solution then i get a message saying success, your order will be with you within 5 working days. Still waiting & customer service take days to answer. Go groupie and group on are far better. This site gets more business because of tv advertising alone. Stay clear.
