“Shocking customer service ”

I ordered the vib mars baby swing for my little girl. Firstly it was a day late which i can cope with but it ended up being faulty and unsafe so i wanted to return it. Sent pictures away to customer service and they said id get a call the same day or day after to arrange a pick up day. A week went past with no word at all, so i tried calling the shop but was stuck on hold for 40 mins, so i tried emailing.. heard nothing for another 2 days. Finally i got on to live chat and the girl was very helpful and lovely and said the swing was arranged to be picked up the next day which was monday and i would get a text with confirmation and a time frame. But no text and no pick up so i emailed again and still nothing and it ended up getting picked up the day later but still no text. Even writing this is making me more angry and p'd off with them, theres no need to ignore paying customers!!! Raging, will never buy off here again absolute horrible experience.
