I haven't made a claim through Carole Nash yet so I don't have an opinion on this yet. However, the Motorcycle Breakdown Cover provided I have used for a puncture. AXA recovery came out the next morning (which I asked for) and they sorted the problem with ease. When I phoned the puncture in, i'd only just taken the policy out. The rep phoned through to make sure the policy was valid (rightfully so) and arranged the time for the recovery agent to come out, and he turned up on time. So far, so good. English speaking call centres, which is always helpful.
