I was pushed from pillar to post multiple times during multiple calls - On hold for long periods of times. No one took ownership of the problem. They couldn't give a hoot about me as customer. Multiple efforts by them were made to not pay out a claim - explaining that it would take two weeks for a form to get to a particular department, then another another 2 weeks to be agreed with underwriting, made every effort to pick holes in my policy to NOT PAY OUT! In the end I didn't want the stress and cancelled my policy completely. DON'T USE OCTAGON FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL DURING THE CLAIMS PROCEDURE! In the end I simply cancelled my policy with them and told them that their customer service sucked more than a five dollar hooker and they were nothing short of Robbing Merchants. I really wish that I had read the reviews about them BEFORE choosing them as an insurer. Remember: IF YOU BUY CHEAP YOU BUY TWICE!!!!
