“Take your time shop around!! DONT buy from John Lewis”

I recently purchased a kitchen from JL. Great at first they couldn't do enough for you..But once they took my CC info i was left all alone. NO communication whatsoever, Kitchen came. Installation men came from JL They left such a mess, didnt clean up after themselves, there were scratches on the units that they chose not to take responsibility for! Pieces were missing (handles) which im still waiting for... electricity was turned of for 10 days after they even finished the installation. I was so upset i wrote them a letter and have since got no response. Im mad bcause my sister recently had a kitchen from a company that makes the EXACT same kitchen (mereway distributor) she told me to goto Them in the fist place,,Visions of Earth Kitchens..should of listened to her as she raved about this company. It was £4500 cheaper than JL aswell. They came and installed hers and she had no problem. I went to JL because i live near them only to be left with a big CC bill. Actually only being told now that Visions of Earth Kitchens do a supply only aswell. So please if you take the time to read this post please do your research..i can only go by what my sister has told me about, BUT if your looking for a JL kitchen then goto Visions of Earth Kitchens..save yourself the stress and the money!
