“time wasting ”

over the course of two years from with go skippy it was a good deal for my little run around. but I had no emails or calls even letters sent to me about my insurance or if anything was changing I rang up regularly to check and make payments . I then had a claim it took a whole day of my working time to sort out with this company speaking to various people having to explain over and over but then I was directed to so many people of the wrong department, compared to the other companies that work along side, this was the worst to cooperate with. I have had text messages saying my insurance is cancelled with no detail I rang up straight away and it was a fault I then had to pay monthly that took a good few hours to sort. I feel I have wasted my time and money with this company I would not recommend to the next person. I am glad to say I have cancelled my insurance policy and will not be returning any time soon . thanks go skippy
