“Massive under valuation and mean”

Was forced to use them by mortgage company Santander. From moment surveyor arrived he seemed mean spirited and determined to ignore any facts we provided about valuation of our house. Sure enough, he came back with a valuation about £100k off, despite houses on same street in same condition selling at the level we thought he'd come to. And then of course you're not allowed to challenge his stupid opinion because Santander think he's as infallible as the pope.
