“Failed delivery, appalling customer service, do not use!”

Ordered £60 Heather Urn - I can't comment on quality of item because it didn't arrive. It was not delivered to my aunt but M&S said it was recorded as delivered by Yodel. After several calls they agreed to re-deliver for free - what a cheek! They actually sent a bunch of chrysanthemums to my aunt and a box of chocolates for good will. No apology, no genuine attempt to sort out by any of the staff I spoke to. Value of replacement probably £25. I demanded a refund which I have now received. The flowers were for a poorly aunt on her birthday, she got them 3 days after her birthday and she didn't receive what I had paid for. In addition, the personal message from us was not with the flowers. Will never order flowers from M&S again. Staff on phone couldn't have cared less. Appalling standard of customer service. You can't even leave a review on their website to warn other customers - shameful M&S.
