“STAY AWAY”

I tried to purchase a shower from this company and the order was stopped due to fraud checks! When I tried to reinstate the order I was greeted with unhelpful customer services and sales personnel. They do like the word "UNFORTUNATELY or NOT THIS DEPARTMENT!" Cancelled order only to have said shower delivered the next day!!!
Had arranged pick up and been let down so had to waste another whole day a second time for it to be picked up! That was two weeks ago and i still have had no apology or refund of my money.
Appalling service I would NEVER EVER recommend plumbworld (should be DUMWORLD) to anyone
