“Delivery delays unconvincing explanation”

Ordered leather suite from SCS Colchester 14 weeks ago. Paperwork says 10 to 12 weeks. Still waiting. Chased branch today who rang me back after saying they would ring head office. Said there had been a delay on the leather which their head office had not told them about. Said the suite was leaving the manufacturer today(handy!) But would still be another 4 weeks. Not a convincing story. Now worried after reading loads of bad reviews. Have had no seating for 4 weeks as had to get rid of the old suite to decorate.Not impressed.
