Good Points
water resistant, wap, shortcut key.

Bad Points
Terrible battery life x 100! crashes. turns itself off. battery indicator useless. battery warning useless. it's awful.

General Comments
Although you might be sold on the interesting looks and water resistant stuff of the Siemens M35 mobile phone, it is totally not practical if you can't use it to talk .... the battery life sux! don't buy it.
