I have been with Carole Nash for many many years now. Over the last few years their customer service has left a lot to be desired.
I renewed my policy with them in June. Arranged payments in four instalments to be taken on specified dates, a service they offered.
The payments were never taken on the dates specified, not even close. Last year they helped themselves to a payment three weeks early!
I have also been waiting for some of my documentation since June. I have phoned on various occasions to be given a different excuse as to why I have not received them on every call, with the promise they will be with me soon. Still waiting. They also have not returned calls when they have said they would.
I used to be very impressed with their customer service but it seems since Carole Nash sold the company things have been sliding. I can't fault the policies and benefits but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I will not be renewing with them next year unless they buck up their service.
