I've done online grocery shopping with ASDA for a few years and always been happy, even when I've not received an item I've always had a refund straight away.
Not this time! After not receiving an item recently I tried to request the refund online but wasn't given the option. Spoke to a lovely lady at the contact centre who was going to contact the store to say I've an item missing and arrange a refund. This was on 15 October. I'm still waiting for either!
Phoned the contact centre today and the lady I spoke to processed the refund straight away.
Why couldn't they have done this is the first place?
I'd love a response from ASDA but they make it difficult to complain!
