“Frustrating”

I've been receiving coupons for somebody else, so I don't get them, trying to log into my account forgotten my password, so I phone, not much joy, found a way to re recreate password have login failure, found another site but doesn't recognise my date of birth. Grrrrr. Shan't be bothering again. Just keep the points not worth anymore of my time.
