I purchased their premium service to unlock two iPhone 6s. Before I purchased the service, I asked a couple questions regarding the process, and the person I dealt with was very quick to respond to them. Once I purchased the service, I sent several emails regarding my order, and nobody has responded to them in 8 days. I understand the time difference, but they were very quick to answer before they got my money, but once they had it, all communication stopped. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
