Where do I start?

General Comments
When you get through to a 'supervisor' at Carole Nash Motorcycle insurance, you end up talking to some bit of a kid who knows nothing about biking!! And to think they have the bare faced cheek to call themselves 'bike specialists'. Their logo is 'nobody offers you more' - I would argue that they give you more headaches, charge you more admin fees and give you more grief then any other bike insurer. I would also suggest that rather than spending X amount of pounds on silly stands like they have at the NEC Shows, they would do rather better spending the policy holders money on staff training.
