Pleasant telephone manner from both representatives - they listened to my inquiry and responded enthusiastically.

Bad Points
None

General Comments
My overall feeling was that I was dealing with honest people.
I had no knowledge re the process of acquiring a 'private plate' and the Private Plate Company spent time explaining it to me.
