“i never book any where else ”

i have been using booking.com for over 3 years . i have booked many trips over 25 mainly hotels in the UK and spain
i have had 2 problems which they sorted out immediately customer service have been brilliant . If the mistake is theirs or the hotel closes down which has happened to me recently they found me another hotel and offered to reimburse the difference . ive always found the efficent and helpful
