This is the first time I have used this company after it was recommended to me from my brother. Initial response has been great, sales person 'Danny' was extremely helpful and they were £800.00 cheaper than the nearest cost for Singapore Air to NZ.

Having read some of the bad reviews I will make point of sending in a further reply but rigth now I am dead impressed on both value and customer care.
