“Easy to arrange, professional care”

I had never transported a car before. After doing a fair amount of research, I selected Montway. Consumer ratings for them were consistently high and the pricing was competitive. The date was arranged and when I had to make an adjustment, no problem. A carrier was assigned and, just as promised, made contact with me the day before pick-up. The carrier's driver was professional and quick. Since I had never done this before, he took the time to tell me about the process, where he was going and when I could expect to see him again. The car was delivered at our destination on time (actually a day ahead) and quickly unloaded. The whole experience was good. The only point of apparent confusion (which might have been mine) was that I thought I was told by the Montway rep that they are not a broker. They are. The carried I worked with was sent to me by Montway. In retrospect, although I thought I wanted a Montway vehicle, I was extremely pleased with the owner-operator carrier they sent.
