Have been sat on the floor for a week following a failed delivery of a sofa from Argos. It just didn't turn up, no contact, nothing. Contacted customer services the next day who couldn't have been less interested - system error apparently led to my order not being processed. No apology, no compensation, and no confidence for me that it will arrive tomorrow as their process is you get a call the day before to narrow down the 5 hour delivery window - no call received.
