“DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY”

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. When they say everything is covered do not believe them. When they say they will refund you - DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.
Have to take case to trading standards and my bank is pursuing them for taking unauthorised payments from my account.

BE WARNED.

And the Manager Nita was the last call and wow - she will be winning the worst customer services award ever - Never been talked to by someone so rude but hey at least she agreed that i should go ahead and do them for this.
