“Appalling Company!!!”

This company does everything it can to make your life awkward especially if the accident is not your fault. We have had to spend nearly £1000 on phone calls to them just for them to do their job. We informed them that there was cctv of the incident on the day of the accident but they didn't get hold of the footage until two days before it was due to be destroyed and only then after we had contacted the company ,which took us 4 mins and 29 secs, after they told us that they couldn't get hold of the relevant person. They are now withholding the repayment of our Excess citing that the other insurance company has to pay this back but they withheld it not the other insurance company. Everyone you speak to tells you a different story. They do not communicate with their own solicitors or you. All in all they are an appalling company to deal with and I will never recommend them to anyone. In fact I will actively discourage people from using their services
