“VERY POOR SERVICES AND INACCURATE INFORMATION FROM CALLS”

This firm is very poor and inaccurate from what one solicitor says to another and they contradict themselves.
I've done all the chasing of medical records i also had to instruct a solicitor to make a call to the defendants as i was told from my solicitor we keep on sending emails and letters but get no response. It doesn't take a genius to work out if they haven't responded after several weeks then pick up the phone!
also i kept on questioning the ATE insurance and was told on the phone its a must its the law we don't set this out. so i said do i need to click on the except button for the £200 fee ... and was told yes and that £200 will come out of your compensation at the end. now there asking for £2120.
i sacked this firm and have taken on another solicitor but its still in the process of changing hands. as express solicitors are trying to force my new solicitor to undertake all costs. im st the stage of complaining to the man who also works for same firm to no avail as he has only pulled out the 2 telephone conversations that suit his firm. i have made a formal complaint to the ombudsman and im awaiting a final decision in writing from express solicitors to rectify the poor services and inaccurate information that they keep passing on to me.with the ATE Insurance they will try and fob you off saying its so little but at the end of every stage it goes up and you will be left with no compensation if any. i got a call from express solicitors in front of my new solicitor saying its express solicitors company policy that every one has to take out the ATE Insurance but yet in there emails is says clearly you have an option. Its bad enough getting bad service but even when the man in charge of complaints laughs at your in a patronizing way makes matters worse. There is many more things to write but you been warned about this company. be very careful if you go into a contract with them.
