“worst broadband ever! and worst customer services”

This is the worst company for broadband I have ever had! The customer services is based in India, their English is terrible, no matter what you say they just read from a script, if you ask them a question the just repeat their script, truly annoying!!

The broadband is slow and only works intermittently!!

The repair guys are shocking, never speak to you, have never resolved a fault even after 4 visits.

Cant wait till our contract ends so we can switch companies!

terrible all round service!!!
