“Does exactly what it says”

I've owned a number ot water softeners over the years but this is the best. It's not the cheapest, but so far has done everything the adverts claim. My decision to buy was swayed because it can be fitted outside, in a frost proof box, releasing vauble space in the kitchen. It needs no power and block salt is a good deal easier to deal with than granular salt. It was fitted within ten days of my first enquiry, and follow up has been good. An excellent product, not the cheapest on the market but after a few weeks has made clothes washing and dishwashing more effective and towels are without doubt softer!
