“Unbelievably poor!”

Where do I begin to describe 'Medway' Parcelforce in Kent? How about a list of words which sum up their performance? Abysmal, dire, appalling , disinterested, ignorant, rude; I could go on for hours but you get the idea. It seems that the telephone is something they are really struggling to get to grips with; poor souls.
In fact they are so hopeless that in the recent past I had to drive a round trip of 100 miles to pick up a fishtank they were supposed to deliver as they couldn't even find the address!
This occasion however is the final straw. I will be checking with all of my Internet purchases to see if the suppliers use this useless company. If they do I will shop elsewhere.
On this particular purchase I've asked the supplier for my money back as two hours on the phone getting nowhere is my limit.
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy never mind my family and friends as they would probably let me down and deliver on time for once and as promised.
Finally I'd like to mention the star rating above. One star seems to be the minimum I can give. What a shame there are no cow pats to tick. They would be far more inkeeping with their 'overall rating' and I would happily give them 5!
