“disappointed with customer service department and...”

i have been a member of kaleidescope for many years and find the clothes different and good quality, i have loved everything i have purchased. however this time i ordered a dress costing £79 + p&p, and thought told customer services i would like the £20 discount and free p&p that i had received by email. i was told by the customer services that i had used a code for pay now pay next year, which i definetly did not. i sent further emails but have had no reply. i have therefore paid today £83.99 payment for the dress and postage. i would like to say i will not use kaleidescope again but i do love the clothing so know i will use it again, just very very disappointed with the service i have received, clearly no loyalty.
