IF YOU WANT TO HIRE A CAR. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.
THE STAFF ARE ALL RUDE FROM THE CUSTOMER DESK TO WHERE YOU DROP OFF YOUR CAR.
WE PICKED UP A CAR FROM NAPLES TO TOUR ITALY WITH FRIENDS FOR OUR 50 ANNIVERSARY. ON PICKING UP THE CAR WE NOTICE THAT IT DID NOT HAVE A LUGGAGE RACK WE INFORM THEM OF THIS. FOR WHICH THEY MARK OUR INVOICE.
WHEN WE RETURNED THE CAR TO BARI AIRPORT THEY CHECKED THE CAR FOR MARKS ETC EVERYTHING WAS OK. BUT WERE INFORM THAT THE LUGGAGE RACK WAS MISSING AND WE WOULD BE CHARGED. WE TOLD THEM IT HAD BEEN NOTED ON THE INVOICE. HE TOOK THE PAPERWORK AND TOLD US TO GO INTO THE AIRPORT TO DICUSS IT WITH THEM. I ASKED FOR THE PAPER WORK FOR WHICH I HAD TO GET FROM THE CHECK IN DESK BUT NO INVOICE. I ASK THEM WHERE IT WAS THEY JUST SHOOK THERE HEADS. WE WROTE OUT A REPORT AT THE CUSTOMERS DESK IN THE AIRPORT STATING ALL THE FACTS. WE ARE NOW GOING THROUGH OUR INSURERS AND HOPEFULLY THEY CAN SORT THIS MESS OUT. BEWARE
