“Chester branch are great”

I bought a Skagen ceramic bracelet watch online and had broken some links trying to adjus itt myself. I rang Chester branch and he assured me he could help if I dropped the watch off with him.

Whilst waiting to see him, the other assistant was helping some other customers and it was good to hear her giving impartial advice and the customers went away very happy and raving about the knowledgable advice they'd been given.

He  remembered my call from the day before which was lovely as it meant I didn't need to go over things. He did a great job, explained about what the cost covered and how I could come back to get it resized if I felt it wasn't right.

The Chester branch was incredibly busy yet at no point did I feel rushed. Can't recommend this place enough.
