“Prices are too good to be true”

I was skeptical about HOP2 because their prices are too good to be true. I called the customer service number to find out about the a particular flight, i was told that everything should be done online. It made me wonder why, until i read a particular review on this HOP2 claiming that he was charged higher than what he was told online and that it was too late for him to change/cancel because he'd already given his credit card info. Thank God, i trusted my instincts..
