Fed up having to phone the customer care line and waiting over 30 mins now.
I did not review my car insurance policy with Churchill as they were toooo expensive, but they still took over £200.
I did not set up a DD for them to do this as I paid a one off fee in 2014 and informed them not to automatically renew, BUT they just renewed anyway. Have already complained and was assured they would pay this money back into my account within 5 working days. I have received paperwork from Churchill to say they have returned the premiums - no such luck!!!!
Will I be recommending CHURCHILL INSURANCE to anyone - NO WAY
