“4 months and stil waiting - Absolutely Ridiculous”

Ordered a complete Cambridge bedroom set for my 11 year old daughter in July 2015. Jade logistics, the warehousing company managed to fulfill another order with the stock allocated for us so we had to wait for more stock to arrive in the UK. Spoke to Customer Services. Managed to get the bed and mattress delivered on the 2nd October 2015. No sign of furniture. Spoke to Customer Service Center on the 12th October. Advised to speak to the store in Abingdon where we ordered the furniture, Abingdon told us to speak to Head Office. Head Office said the furniture was in and we would be contacted by the 14th to arrange delivery. No contact made. Spoke to Customer Service again today (16th). A new warehousing company has been appointed, The couldn't speak to anyone there because they close down for lunch! Finally got a call at 16:00. Told to wait another 7 to 10 days for someone to contact me to arrange delivery. Also advised that if I was unhappy I could cancel my order. That really helps.

Poor, poor, poor.
