“Don't want loyal customers do they ”

I have been a loyal green flag customer since 2009, I have never had to use their services (I keep my cars in very good confdition) just use the service like an insurance.
Over the last few years I have always had to ring them due to the premiums always going up to get a reduction
Now as my subscribitition is due in a few weeks I had a look on the Internet for alternative prices.
I found that if I went on the GF site I could get cover I wanted for just over £103 - I rang renewals and they offered me a discount of £2 on the Internet price, when I pointed out the Internet price was without my no claims discount the operator said well I have given you £2 off - a 2% discount?. I pointed out this is very good and see said well the Internet price is low anyway for new customers.
I will not be renewing my membership and have found almost the same cover for less that £50. Your lost Green flag
