Ordered a single very small item. Paid £2.95 for standard postage (Biovea clearly padding their profit margins with excessive postage costs), 2 weeks later item had still not arrived.
Waste of time to call them, systems were down, wait for a call back only to be told that the item was out of stock when I ordered it and is still out of stock with no ETA for delivery.
Cancelled order and received refund (the customer support guy was friendly and processed a refund, to his credit but nobody proactively called me to tell me they couldn't get the order to me). I have wasted a lot of time waiting for a product I could have gone and bought somewhere else in the meantime!!
Waste of time, excessive postage costs, poor back-end systems. Will not order again, will recommend friends and family to avoid.
