DO NOT BOOK THROUGH SOUTHALL TRAVEL!!!!! They cancelled my return flight whilst I was on holiday without even telling me. They then refused to answer phone calls "The person responsible is not available" then told me I would get a full refund. When the refund came through it was £180 short. I cannot even get an email response never mind a phone call. I think court is the only way to get a response from this company.
