“Dreadful Customer Service X-Hose”

I bought an x-hose from Ideal World. After every use I coiled it up and put it in the garage making sure I never left it outside. I hadn't used it very often when suddenly it burst. I rang Ideal World who agreed to send out another hose, which duly arrived. Sadly after a couple of months it too burst for which another hose was send only because I was still within the warranty. I hadn't used the x-hose for some months and surprise, surprise when I was watering plants the other day it too burst. It would seem these hoses are NOT made to last. I never treated my hose as was shown on the advert, which is usually American customers reviews.

I e-mailed the CEO on another problem I had with Ideal World to which I heard nothing. So no surprise there... I again e-mailed the CEO regarding the x-hose and so far have heard nothing. Again, no surprise there. It seems the CEO does not put his CUSTOMERS first, who by the way, pay his and his staffs' salary. I'll never deal with Ideal World again. I for one have learnt a lesson.
