“Poor communication from Thomas Cook ”

First holiday my children went on with there young children , travelling out was fine coming back I was told my son didn't have a seat or family on coach so I let my daughter In law get on with kids I went in taxi with my son, after kept getting told the computers were down for over one half hour at airport we where swapped from Thomas Cook to easy jet it was not easy with all of us when getting on plane we was all over the place my grandchildren were next to strangers and we was not sitting together, after complaining for all of us I was told that we had to send an email individualy which we did and nothing happened , they now say that there is nothing they can do, and we have to send in again, poor service and response from the company not happy and they tell me things happen, now they tell me I didn't get it in with 28 days I did and someone called me while at work I couldn't answer they left a message to call and let them know what is the best time to call and that is what I did but they just don't want to know, so if you want to have a stress free holiday don't go with Thomas Cook.
